This playbook is designed for businesses and suppliers providers who want to promote their products, events or services within Collars' local Pet Care Hubs. Please follow this guide and review the pricing information before submitting your post.

Important:

All promotional links must be pre-approved by the Collars Pet Care Hub team before they can be shared with the community.
If you are interested in submitting a promotional post, please thoroughly read through the eligibility and guidelines below.

📣Why Promote with Pet Care Hubs

</aside>

1. Eligibility

General Eligibility: Only businesses, service or event providers that align with Collars' mission to provide pet owners with more ethical, sustainable and inclusive lifestyle alternatives are eligible to post.
Business or Self-Employment Registration: Must be registered as a business or self-employed within the country of your local hub.
Pet Sitters: Pet sitters can post about their availability without prior approval, regardless of the chosen pack. Links to their personal profiles on other platforms are allowed. Links to their own (not a platform profile) websites are considered to be a Basic Pack Self-Post and will need to submit a form in order to post.
Other Pet-Related Businesses (groomers, specialist services, trainers, events, pet food suppliers, etc.): Must obtain approval before posting promotional content, as per the pack selected.

2. Post Requirements

General Post Guidelines:
- Clear, Professional Content: Posts should be well-written, free of typos, and professionally formatted.
- Targeted to Pet Care: Posts must relate to animals, pet care, pet products, or services.
- Honest and Transparent Information: Provide accurate details about your product or service, including pricing, features, and location.
- High-Quality Images: Any images should be high-resolution and represent your business accurately.
- No Spam: Repetitive or irrelevant posts will be removed.
- Community-Focused Tone: Posts should add value to the community and not sound like direct advertisements.

3. Approval Process

Pre-Approval Requirement: Promotional content must be submitted for review before posting. Approval times may vary based on the selected pack and the complexity of your submission.
Standard Approval Times: The approval process typically takes from an hour up to 2 business days depending.
Pack-Specific Details: Each pack may have different approval timelines and post guidelines, which will be outlined in the resource guide.
